Absolutely Great Location for London Travelers

The location is excellent for any travelers looking to explore some of the main attractions in London as most major sites are walkable or accessible via the Underground entrance only a 1-2 minute walk away. The staff was always friendly and willing to help, and check-in/check-out were seamless.

Room was nice and clean but couldn't turn down the heat so it started to get quite warm (may have been user error, but we tried for a fair amount of time). The doorbell to our room rang a few times but never had anyone there (and don't think it was any other guests), and it never happened at an inconvenient time.

excellent location, delightful staff!

Phenomenal location, and not too noisy given the central part of London it's based in. Annoying doors that don't open automatically from street which are not fun when it's pouring, but very friendly and helpful staff. Despite asking on booking.com in advance, they had not split the bed into two singles for me an my daughter, but they fixed it as soon as I saw room and asked. The manager kindly found a converter and charger when I realised I left mine behind. Super kind and flexible, will be back!

some things in room could have been finished better - towel rack hanging out of wall, some holes in wall not covered, or repainted, faded paint and scuffs on walls but honestly, all cosmetic and didn't change the comfort of bed and practicality of having well stocked kitchen in the room.

Enjoyable couple of days in the centre of London

Location is excellent, right in the centre of the city. Room was a good size, clean and decent facilities. The staff were very nice, although a bit disorganized. We were on quite a high floor but didn't need to wait long for a lift during our stay. We would certainly go back to this hotel again next time we're looking for somewhere in the centre of London.

Good location and beautiful reception with relaxing areas.

The fridge made an awful noise prob every hour. Woke us up. Shower was rubbish - there was no large shower head there was just a small detachable one.

Location and flat are good but much can be improved by having people hired and working in the hotel.

flat layout was fine. showers were working. kettle was ok.

The TV set in the living room had no signal and was not replaced. No room cleaning for three days!

Very Good

Amazing location. Friendly staff. We arrived at midday which was too early for check in but they had no issues with leaving our luggage. Apartments are well equipped and bedroom beds are comfortable.

Sofa beds are very uncomfortable if there are 6 of you staying in a 2 bed apartment with sofa bed. There was also no toilet upstairs and stairs are quite steep for a middle of the night toilet stop.

Location was great as we were going to the Theatre. The bed was large and comfy , with well appointed facilities . We opted out of breakfast as we wanted to sight see before returning to collect our luggage later in the day , so we ate off the premises.

We like feather pillows and the nylon makes us hot / uncomfortable. Limited tea and coffee sachets in the kitchen area. Skimpy curtains which only just covered the windows.

Great location and nice room. Did not have breakfast at the hotel so I cant say anything about it.

Didn't like the check-in only after 3pm and the too early check-out before 11am. The are no ways to close the curtain and make the room dark ( not a good black out). Also no room service ( cleaners) for 3 days that is OK , more than that ...not sure if I would like that.

Despite my partner and I only having one pillow each, the bed itself was very comfortable. Location was amazing! However, there's a lot of alternative hotels to choose from around here

Receptionist was like an automated machine. No emotion until the very smallest of smiles at the end of the conversation. Room (studio) was not the same layout as shown in website picture which was very disappointing. Bathroom was terrible! Old and grubby. Mouldy toilet flush handle. Sealent around Bath was horrible. Shower was one attached to bath taps and as a result very low pressure. This is not a 4 star hotel.

Just what we needed, kitchen area with fridge, plenty of space, clean and really helpful staff. The hotel is also in a really good location!

I was allergic to the bed, I came out in a very itchy rash every time I lay on the bed something I have never experienced before! The staff were great by changing the bedding but I had to sleep on top of the duvet and this still only worked to a certain extent. Definitely something on the mattress.

The staff were friendly and effective. Location was very good.

I had to ask for towels every day and they were worn out and thin. No house keeping unless you ask for it. Mold in the shower stall, no toiletries unless you ask for them, Very Grey and gloomy halls, It is not a 4 star hotel, 2 star at best.Value for your money is not there. I feel like I was ripped off at $400.00 + a night. I will never stay there again. Very disappointed and this lack of services were not stated in the web site either as it should have been. Very misleading.

The staff were wonderful. We arrived at the hotel very early from Australia and they found us a room straight away so we could have a sleep and un pack. Free coffee down stairs was very good. Great location.

Disappointed in very thin plillows, no washers, no shower caps, no servicing of the rooms so you get a build up of rubbish. Bathroom felt like it needed a good scrub.

The location is perfect. Charing Cross station and the tube is just a couple of minutes walk. It is very convenient if you want to walk around the centre of the city. You don't have to pay a fortune on taxi and tickets. The people at the reception are friendly and helpful.

There was no cleaning service to clean the room , change towels and make the bed. The rubbish had to be taken out by us. Some people on the same floor were cooking around midnight and the smell of fried onions was coming to our room.
